For Cisco CX, we’ve been challenged to reimagine the customer experience journey and developed a lifecycle approach to performing and transforming technology. Which ultimately helps their customers get to their business outcomes faster.

RESULT

Our challenge was to develop a new UX based on personas behaviours, as well as rolling out and brand new UI, plus developing the new site within 7 weeks.
